SELF(ish) LOVE

Need a little help becoming the CEO of your own life?
Cesar will help you kick start a new ‘healthy’ relationship with yourself and give you the tool kit for confidence and success. Alternately they will break down the mantle self-love gurus pedal across the web and help you spot the bullshit. Either way you will be guided through a highly energetic and stressfully positive journey of self-discovery towards your #bestlife.
This SELF(ish) LOVE seminar will physically oblige you to go deep and face the most important person in the world: YOU. Do you have what it takes to really love yourself? SELF(ish) LOVE explores and scrutinise the self-love phenomenon taking social media by storm.
#LiveYourBestLife #OprahIsQueen #BecauseYourWorthIt
SELF(ish) LOVE is a solo show exploring the ‘self-love’ phenomenon. It navigates the foundations & core values it takes to love yourself in the age of COVID-19, carbonoffsetting & social media. Explores the negative impact the commercial usages of ‘self-love’ has on Mental Health, specifically how celebrity social media influencers have exploited it, using pseudo-science & co-opting political terms like ‘self-love’ & ‘empowerment’ as commercial benefactors to push their brand.
SELF(ish) LOVE was performed in the UK and internationally.
